Job summary

Tech NH, Inc. seeks an Engineering Program Manager – Injection Molding (NPI) to lead new plastic programs from concept through tool build, validation, and production release.

You will own DFM, mold design direction, validation strategy, and cross‑functional readiness, ensuring on‑time launches and clear communication with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include defining mold construction requirements, overseeing tool build progress, coordinating trials, managing risks, and guiding

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of injection molding engineering experience.
• Experience with DFM, mold design review and tool build oversight.
• Experience driving programs from concept through release and working with customer engineering teams.
• BS in Mechanical, Plastics, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing DFM reviews and provide guidance on tolerances, material choice and risk.
• Define mold construction requirements and review mold designs.
• Develop validation approach and lead mold sampling and processing readiness.
• Own program timeline, risk registers, and cross-functional deliverables for release.
• Coordinate with Tooling, QC, Production, and Customer Service to ensure successful launches.
