Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced injection molding technician to prepare presses, set up tooling, and start production jobs to target cycle and quality. You will adjust and troubleshoot during runs, manage mold tooling inventory, and conduct teardown and mold pulls per procedure.

Additionally, you will assist with shop upkeep and accurately enter downtime codes and setup data in the ERP system, ensuring health and efficiency of the presses and tooling. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required.
• 5+ years of hands-on injection molding experience.
• Strong mechanical problem-solving skills and basic math literacy.
• Ability to read and write in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Able to operate a forklift and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presses by hanging and setting up tooling, then start production jobs.
• Adjust and troubleshoot during runs following work instructions.
• Handle mold tooling inventory for availability and traceability.
• Conduct press teardown and mold pulls per procedure.
• Enter downtime codes and tool setup data into ERP systems.
