Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines for production runs.
• Install, remove, and change molds safely and efficiently.
• Perform mold start-ups and cycle molds into production.
• Complete setup documentation and required checklists.
• Troubleshoot injection molding processes and machine issues.
• Adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Monitor production to ensure compliance with customer specifications and work orders.
• Verify proper materials and regrind ratios are used during production.
