You will install molds, start cycles, monitor performance, adjust processing parameters on the fly, troubleshoot issues, and protect throughput to meet quality specs and production targets. Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities and background in tool/die/mold setup are essential, along with a team‑oriented mindset and commitment

Responsibilities
