Job summary

Amcor in Valdosta, GA is seeking personnel for preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment. You will perform inspections, lubrication, cleaning, parts replacement, and minor repairs to minimize downtime and support production goals.

The role requires reading blueprints/schematics, good math and reading comprehension, and a willingness to enter apprenticeship programs. Physical tasks include lifting and standing for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment.
• Inspect equipment, perform lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement.
• Record maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures; participate in trainings.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and machines.
