Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on maintenance in an injection molding environment.
• Direct experience maintaining injection molding presses.
• Electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting expertise.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic/mechanical schematics.
• LOTO and safety compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Milacron injection molding presses and related equipment.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program for all presses.
• Maintain machine health logs and repair history for each press.
• Repair electrical systems including control panels, wiring, sensors, and drives.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and perform mechanical repairs as needed.
• Interface with vendors for parts sourcing and documentation.
• Support mold change processes and spare parts inventory.
