Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Willing to enter apprenticeship programs to develop skills.
• Reads blueprints and schematics to assist maintenance tasks.
• Reliable, motivated and responsible with a solid work ethic.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good math and reading comprehension skills.
• Must supply personal tools.
