Kreate, a family-owned plastic injection molding company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production in North Las Vegas, NV. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, chillers, and related equipment while collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.

The role requires technical maintenance skills, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work nights or weekends as needed.

Competenze

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
Experience maintaining injection molding machines and ancillary equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to communicate clearly and work with cross-functional teams.
Capable of independent decision-making in fast-paced environments.
Detail-oriented with solid time-management skills and basic computer use.

Mansioni

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment.
Analyze disturbances to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.
Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Conduct general facility maintenance and safety-compliant repairs.
Coordinate with production leadership to prioritize maintenance tasks.
Document maintenance activities and equipment status for records.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize losses.
