Job summary

Configure is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, chillers, and air compressors. You will support production by reducing downtime, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining facility systems.

You will inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and coordinate with leadership to prioritize maintenance tasks while ensuring safety and clean work areas. Flexibility to handle emergencies and participate in ongoing training is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance preferred.
• Proven maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Troubleshooting injection molding machines and ancillary equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems; able to repair and maintain them.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and address repetitive disturbances to minimize machine and production disruptions.
• Perform adjustments, tuning activities, and machine startups for optimal production efficiency.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and ancillary equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and conduits.
