Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Experience in maintenance in manufacturing environment.
• Proficient at troubleshooting injection molding machines and ancillary equipment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong safety and compliance practices in manufacturing.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and address repetitive disturbances to minimize machine and production disruptions.
• Perform adjustments, tuning activities, and machine startups as required to maintain optimal production efficiency.
• Execute both corrective and preventative maintenance on injection molding machines, chillers, air compressors, and other equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment and conduits to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
• Conduct general facility maintenance, repairs, and installations as needed, including building infrastructure and utilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
• Collaborate with production teams and leadership to understand maintenance priorities and coordinate efforts effectively.
• Perform equipment inspections to identify potential issues and recommend improvements to enhance reliability.
• Participate in training programs and stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime and production losses.
• Document maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs accurately for record-keeping purposes.
• Adhere to safety policies, regulations, and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Complete other duties, as assigned.
