Qualifications

• Injection molding maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and machine repairs.
• Mold change, setup, or processing experience preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines.
• Maintain robotics, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Respond to equipment downtime and production issues.
• Complete root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
• Support GMP, safety, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
