Qualifications

• Injection molding experience required.
• Experience with machine setup, mold changes, or process technician duties.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start injection molding machines.
• Perform mold changes and machine changeovers.
• Load and verify machine parameters during startup.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality.
• Perform material and color changes.
• Support automated and robotic production equipment.
• Complete routine equipment maintenance activities.
• Respond to machine alarms and production issues.
• Follow quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
