Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience in mid to large size production facilities involving plastic injection molding, assembly, and/or automation repair required.
• Technical expertise in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and automation systems is necessary.
• Knowledge of auxiliary equipment used in injection molding is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are required.
• Physical capability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Identify potential system failures and ensure critical components are stocked.
• Conduct system testing and calibration.
• Maintain injection molding machines and automation systems.
• Perform other assigned duties.
