Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
Experience in mid to large size production facilities involving plastic injection molding, assembly, and/or automation repair required.
Technical expertise in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and automation systems is necessary.
Knowledge of auxiliary equipment used in injection molding is essential.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are required.
Physical capability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
Responsibilities
Complete work orders for machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
Identify potential system failures and ensure critical components are stocked.
Conduct system testing and calibration.
Maintain injection molding machines and automation systems.
Perform other assigned duties.
Skills
Experience in plastic injection molding
Experience in automation repair
Strong troubleshooting skills
