Job summary

Merz Aesthetics in the United States is seeking an Injectable Territory Manager to drive sales growth in Central South Carolina, including Columbia and Charleston. You will build strong customer relationships and expand product utilization through market insight and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, at least 3 years of field sales experience (aesthetics preferred), and a proven quota-based track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a field sales role.
• Ideal candidate will have sales experience in the aesthetics space.
• Proven successful track record with a quota-based compensation plan.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize, simultaneously support multiple customers, and manage time efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Strive to consistently achieve quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities to guide territory strategy.
• Develop quarterly business plans/forecasts with Regional Director.
• Train accounts on products and injection techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customers.
• Plan and execute open houses and promotional activities.
