Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!) in Allentown, PA. This full-time, hybrid role involves meeting with homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing high-ticket projects with uncapped earning potential.

You will close sales after delivering compelling in-home presentations and working with a call center that pre-qualifies appointments. Competitive compensation includes commissions and bonuses with top performers earning well over six figures.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Allentown PA

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do
