Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert to close in-home sales with pre-qualified homeowners in a hybrid Allentown, PA schedule. Expect uncapped commissions, strong earning potential, and rapid career growth.

As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners weekly, present solutions, and close high-ticket projects while enjoying benefits after 30 days and ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Weekend availability required (6 days/week).
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Allentown PA

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
