Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in New Jersey is hiring a driven Home Remodeling Expert to serve as an in-home sales closer. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors solutions, and close high-ticket contracts with uncapped commissions.

This full-time role offers a hybrid work schedule in Somerset, NJ, with six-figure first-year earnings potential and ongoing training. A competitive mindset and strong communication are essential.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Somerset NJ

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
