Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Home Care Caregivers to support seniors in Poy Sippi and surrounding communities. You will provide one-on-one care in clients' homes, helping with daily activities, safety, and comfort.

We offer flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts, plus both full-time and part-time opportunities, paid orientation, and ongoing training. Join a caregiver-first culture that values respect, growth, and making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Background check required.
• Paid training provided.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders and assist with errands.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Support individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other age-related conditions.
• Promote safety, comfort, and independence.
