Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is hiring caregivers to assist with personal care, companionship, meal prep, and transportation in our communities.

Full-time and part-time opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts; every other weekend required. We provide training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Support individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimers disease, Parkinsons disease, and other age-related conditions
• Promote safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
