Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Home Care Caregivers to serve Oshkosh and surrounding communities. Flexible day, evening, and overnight schedules offered with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You will provide one-on-one care to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Join a caring team with paid orientation, training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Support mobility and safe transfers.
• Care for individuals with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other conditions.

What You'll Do

As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support that enhances each client's quality of life while promoting safety, independence, and dignity.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping


• Offer medication reminders


• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands

• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families
