Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate, dependable Home Care Caregivers to support seniors in Green Bay and surrounding communities. Full-time and part-time opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

You will provide one-on-one in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent, while building meaningful relationships and delivering dignity and peace of mind to families.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Previous caregiving experience welcomed but not required.
• Paid training provided for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition.
• Medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and household tasks.
• Transportation to appointments and community outings.
• Mobility assistance and fall prevention.
• Care for individuals with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other chronic conditions.
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Help each client maintain dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life.
