Job summary

Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is hiring Home Care Caregivers to support Fond du Lac and surrounding communities with compassionate, one-on-one in-home care. Shifts available include day, evening, and overnight; full-time and part-time opportunities with every-other weekend required.

You’ll help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We offer paid training, mentorship, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Support safe mobility and fall prevention.
• Care for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age‑related conditions.
• Promote comfort, independence, dignity, and overall well‑being.
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
