Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Home Care Caregivers to join our award-winning team serving Appleton and the surrounding Fox Cities communities. We offer day, evening, and overnight schedules that fit your lifestyle while providing meaningful work that truly makes a difference.

As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll provide personalized one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Paid training provided for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare nutritious meals and encourage healthy eating.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and household support.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Assist with mobility and fall prevention.
• Support individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and other age-related conditions.
• Promote comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
