Job summary

Refresco in Wilson, NC is seeking a production/warehouse associate to help run daily operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. You will follow GMPs, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure ingredients meet specifications.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to work in shifts including evenings or overnight, and familiarity with SAP for receipts and production orders. Prior experience in mixing/processing is preferred, with strong math and safety skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety/food safety regulatory standards.
• Familiar with organic, GFCO, and Project Verified standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Ensure ingredients and batches conform to specifications.
• Record ingredient receipts in SAP.
• Maintain inventory control and perform cycle counts.
• Assist in scheduling product staging and batching.
• Assist in training others as needed.
• Support food safety management related to ingredients.
• Ensure sanitation of equipment and maintain FIFO.
