Job summary

Refresco in Wilson, NC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our fast-paced beverage production. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ensure food safety and GMP compliance.

This role requires reading blueprints, forklift certification, strong problem-solving and teamwork. Must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Must read and understand machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work with data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, safety policies, and wear PPE.
• Perform repair and preventive maintenance and line changes.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production support equipment and utility systems.
• Record and document work orders and parts used.
• Communicate maintenance information between shifts.
• Train other maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to drive improvements.
