Job summary

You will perform financial navigation, assess fiscal need, and collaborate with providers, hospital staff, and administration to determine and execute the most appropriate financial solutions.

The role requires strong accounting skills, experience with patient assistance programs, and the ability to analyze data to support efficient billing, drug recovery, and payment processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a professional healthcare environment.
• Minimum 2 years as a financial biller or related role.
• Notary commissioned within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling for infusion patients before initial treatment.
• Screen and enroll patients in PAP and arrange copay assistance.
• Manage drug procurement and recovery processes for indigent populations.
• Monitor drug shipment status from approval to receipt.
• Collaborate with hospital departments and providers on financial solutions.
• Analyze data for inpatient/outpatient services and report distribution.
