Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an Account Executive for a locally owned home infusion pharmacy, focused on growing referral partnerships across GI, Neurology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Immunology, and related specialties.

You’ll promote infusion therapy services to physician practices, build durable partnerships, exceed sales quotas, and travel within the assigned territory to expand the referral network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Experience selling into GI, Neurology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Immunology, or other specialty physician offices.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by calling on physician practices and specialty clinics within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and key decision-makers.
• Promote our client’s infusion therapy services through consultative sales presentations tailored to each practice's needs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the infusion therapy market, reimbursement landscape, and competitor offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and activity reports.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a seamless referral and patient experience.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to internal leadership.
• Stay informed on industry trends and developments affecting specialty physician practices.
