This role involves building relationships with local healthcare providers, executing marketing strategies, and managing referrals. Candidates should have at least 3 years of healthcare sales experience, ideally in the IV infusion domain, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of medical/healthcare sales experience, preferably in IV infusion or home infusion.
• Proven ability to drive territory growth and maintain referral relationships.
• Clinical candidates with RN, BSN, or NP background considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development plan for referral growth.
• Serve as point of contact between local branch and referral sources.
• Build relationships with specialty providers and conduct outreach.
• Manage administrative functions associated with referral development.
