Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under physician orders. The role emphasizes patient safety, comprehensive documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team.

Active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience are required, with preferred BSN and infusion nursing background. Travel up to 10% may be involved depending on patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and status during visits and documents progress for billing and care planning.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure patient safety and compliance.
