The role requires NY RN licensure, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and chemo/biotherapy certification, with strong leadership and EMR proficiency to drive quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; NY RN licensure is required.
• Chemo/biotherapy certification is required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infusion therapy procedures is required.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is required.
• Ability to create reports using MS Office and communicate findings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily operations of CVPH and Alice Hyde Infusion Services.
• Manages patient scheduling and staff scheduling; budgeting.
• Ensures regulatory compliance for Infusion Services.
• Drives quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
