Job summary

UVM Health - Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital is seeking a clinical operations leader for infusion services. The role oversees daily infusion operations, patient and staff scheduling, and budget accountability to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position partners with oncology services, physicians, and staff to drive program development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. It also includes staff education and coverage for other oncology managers during absences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Chemo/biotherapy certification required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infusion therapy procedures and processes required.
• Experience with an electronic medical record required.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs to create reports and communicate information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily infusion services operations including scheduling and budgeting.
• Coordinate physician relations, program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for Infusion Services and provide staff education.
• Provide management coverage for other oncology managers during absences.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing
