The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking an experienced Infusion Services Manager to oversee daily operations for CVPH and Alice Hyde Infusion Services in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires NY RN licensure, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and chemo/biotherapy certification, with strong leadership and EMR proficiency to drive quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required; NY RN licensure is required.
• Chemo/biotherapy certification is required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infusion therapy procedures is required.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is required.
• Ability to create reports using MS Office and communicate findings.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Oversees the daily operations of CVPH and Alice Hyde Infusion Services which includes but is not limited to oversight of patient scheduling, staff scheduling, budgeting, physician relations, program development, equipment management, quality and process improvement initiatives. This position works with other oncology services and physician offices to assure well-coordinated, quality infusion services. This position is responsible for scheduling, budget and financial accountability, integration of continuous quality improvement activities and customer relations. This position also has the key responsibility to ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory standards for Infusion Services. This position will be responsible for ongoing staff education and development needs. Provides management coverage for other oncology managers during absences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Skills Required:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in nursing is required. Masters preferred.
• 2. Current New York State Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• 3. Chemo/biotherapy certification is required.
• 4. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• 5. Knowledge of infusion therapy procedures and processes is required.
• 6. Experience with an electronic medical record is required.
• 7. Ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs to create reports and communicate information to other stakeholders.
