The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking an experienced Infusion Services Manager to oversee CVPH and Alice Hyde Infusion Services, ensuring well-coordinated patient scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement.
The role collaborates with oncology teams and physicians to maintain high standards of care, ensures regulatory compliance, leads staff education, and provides coverage for other oncology managers when needed.
Oversees the daily operations of CVPH and Alice Hyde Infusion Services which includes but is not limited to oversight of patient scheduling, staff scheduling, budgeting, physician relations, program development, equipment management, quality and process improvement initiatives. This position works with other oncology services and physician offices to assure well-coordinated, quality infusion services. This position is responsible for scheduling, budget and financial accountability, integration of continuous quality improvement activities and customer relations. This position also has the key responsibility to ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory standards for Infusion Services. This position will be responsible for ongoing staff education and development needs. Provides management coverage for other oncology managers during absences.
