Job summary

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking an experienced Infusion Services Manager to oversee CVPH and Alice Hyde Infusion Services, ensuring well-coordinated patient scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement.

The role collaborates with oncology teams and physicians to maintain high standards of care, ensures regulatory compliance, leads staff education, and provides coverage for other oncology managers when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; master’s degree preferred.
• Current New York State RN licensure required.
• Chemo/biotherapy certification required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infusion therapy procedures and processes required.
• Experience with an EMR required.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office to create reports and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily infusion service operations, including scheduling, budgeting and program development.
• Coordinates with oncology services and physician offices to ensure high-quality infusion care.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and leads staff education and development.
• Provides coverage for other oncology managers during absences.
