Job summary

KabaFusion in Carmel, IN is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to drive Chronic and IVIG patient referrals within a defined territory. You will collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to ensure seamless service and pursue net revenue and EBITDA goals.

Responsibilities include managing key referral sources, developing territory plans, supporting pricing submissions, and maintaining accurate documentation while advancing managed care initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Proven experience in business development and customer service.
  • Minimum of two years in infusion services or related healthcare field.
  • Familiarity with reimbursement policies.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including call reports, expense reports, and other required submissions.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of relevant disease states, drug therapies, and reimbursement policies.
  • Assist in training staff on customer service best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor or designee

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible driving Chronic and IVIG patient referrals within a defined territory. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations. In addition, this position is accountable for achieving net revenue and profit goals, expanding market share, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. Key customers include clinics, physicians, and payors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business, healthcare, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Experience:

Proven experience in business development and customer service is required.

Minimum of two (2) years in infusion services or a related healthcare field preferred.

Familiarity with reimbursement policies preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong ability to sell healthcare services.

Knowledge of reimbursement processes preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Confident communicator with conceptual thinking skills.
