Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years in a clinical or outpatient setting required; infusion exp preferred.
• Experience with telephone reception and scheduling preferred; Epic knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Infusion Coordination and Scheduling: work two weeks ahead on authorizations and schedule infusions.
• Patient Communication and Support: respond to voicemails, remind patients of appointments, manage calls.
• Clinical and Pharmacy Collaboration: complete infusion orders and participate in daily huddles.
• Administrative and Workflow Management: maintain tracking tools and ensure documentation compliant.
