Job summary

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, execute planned interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. A Texas RN license, BSN, and CPR within 14 days are required, with at least one year of RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Texas RN license (Registered Nurse: TX) required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing procedures and coordinate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure safe patient care environment and document care and communications accurately.
• Relate and report changes in patient condition to the physician and team leaders.
