Job summary

The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, ensure safety, and educate patients and families. This role requires TX RN licensure and CPR certification, with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Registered Nurse license for TX on hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide holistic nursing care.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with education and discharge planning.
• Prepare patients for procedures and administer medications safely.
• Reassess patient responses and adjust care as needed.
• Communicate with physicians and document care transitions.
