Job summary

Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform assessments, execute care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery in a fast-paced environment.

Relocation assistance up to $10,000 is available for eligible new hires. Requirements include a BSN, TX RN license on hire, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of RN experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• At least 1 year RN experience.
• RN license TX upon hire.
• CPR/BLS required.
• Competence in RN performance expectations or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment and care; notify physicians of changes.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans; discharge planning.
• Prepare patients for procedures; administer medications; ensure safety protocols.
• Reassess patient responses and adjust care as needed; communicate with physicians.
• Provide effective handoffs and patient updates; support team transitions.
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment and contribute to quality initiatives.
