Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and provides holistic nursing care
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with education and discharge planning
• Prepares patients for procedures and administers medications per physician orders
• Reassesses patient responses and adjusts care as needed in coordination with physicians
• Communicates patient status and handoffs using bedside shift reports
• Maintains safe environment and contributes to quality and patient satisfaction initiatives
