Job summary

Violet Health in Troy, MI is seeking an Infusion RN to manage vascular access and administer complex therapies in an outpatient setting. You will combine advanced clinical skills with compassionate patient care to ensure safe, effective treatment experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2+ years in acute care, ambulatory, home infusion or ER nursing.
• Vascular access expertise with peripheral IV starts and central line management.
• Current BLS; ACLS and CRNI/ONS/ONCC certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Infusion administration including IV meds, biologics, fluids and injections per protocol.
• Vascular access management including PICC/Port-a-Cath and line care.
• Pre-infusion assessments, monitor vitals, respond to adverse reactions.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, side effects and self-care.
• Document care in the EHR per HIPAA and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacy, and intake teams.
