Violet Health PC in Michigan near Clinton Township invites an experienced Infusion Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient infusion program. You will manage peripheral and central vascular access, administer complex biologic therapies, and monitor patient outcomes in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2+ years in acute care, ambulatory or home infusion nursing, ER setting.
• Vascular access expertise with IV starts and central line management.
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and CRNI or ONS/ONCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Infusion Administration: safely administer IV meds, biologics, fluids, and subcutaneous injections.
• Vascular Access: IV starts, central line care (PICC, Port-a-Cath, Midlines), line flushes, dressing changes, blood draws.
• Patient Assessment & Care: pre-infusion health assessments, monitor vitals, evaluate adverse reactions, respond per protocols.
• Patient Education: educate on treatment plans, side effects, self-care, and vascular access maintenance.
• Documentation & Compliance: document care and medication administration in EHR per HIPAA.
• Collaborative Practice: coordinate with physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacy staff, and intake.
