Job summary

The role includes patient assessment, vascular access, medication administration, education, and documentation, with travel between Dearborn and Flint as needed to support patient census and program growth.

Qualifications

• Infusion experience or outpatient clinical exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and team skills required.
• Knowledge of infusion protocols and medication safety.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV meds, biologics, and infusion therapies per orders.
• Establish and maintain peripheral IV access and ports.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and intervene per protocol.
• Educate patients on meds, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Document care accurately in the EMR and coordinate with team.
