Job summary

Uptiv Health is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our infusions team in Novi, MI. You will deliver high-quality infusion care, document findings, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with NPs and referring providers in a patient-centered clinic environment.

The role requires a Michigan RN license, 4+ years of clinical experience, and 2+ years infusion experience; familiarity with ports is preferred. On-site position in Novi with flexible PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Michigan.
• 4+ years of clinical experience.
• 2+ years of infusion experience; familiarity with ports preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer service, clinical quality, and continuous improvement within clinics.
• Meticulously document findings in Electronic Health Record.
• Provide generalized drug education to patients and caregivers with NP support.
• Serve as a clinical contact for referring providers on questions and requests.
• Prepare, document, dispense, and administer infusion medications and injections.
