IVX Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Park Slope and Williamsburg infusion centers in Brooklyn, NY. The role covers day shift with some Saturdays, providing on-site infusion care and patient support in outpatient settings.

You'll administer infusions, monitor responses, document within the EHR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure top-quality care. This FT position includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Active and Unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient clinic is a plus.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills.
• Proficiency with EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with patients and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site direct patient care and supervise infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Support treatment planning and streamline patient visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Be flexible to work at multiple facilities within the market.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
