Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting.

The role supports a four-day workweek, with four shifts weekly and rotating Saturdays, typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus occasional early/late shifts. You will oversee patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and advance infusion services with CEUs and certifications provided.

Qualifications

• NP license and RN license (as required by state).
• Board certification (AANP/ANCC) required.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient settings is a plus.
• Ability to care for both adults and pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and on-site/virtual supervision for infusions and injections.
• Perform patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and ensure EHR accuracy.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Assist with inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
