Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support our Williamsburg infusion center in Brooklyn, NY. The NP will provide on-site and some virtual supervision, administer infusions, perform patient assessments, and educate patients in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role requires an active NP license (and RN license if state rules apply), board certification (AANP/ANCC), BLS minimum, with PALS preferred. Strong IV skills and EHR proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• NP license and RN license (if state requires)
• Board certification required (AANP/ANCC)
• BLS required; PALS preferred
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient clinic is a plus
• Ability to treat both adults and pediatrics; FNP preferred
• Strong IV/infusion skills and emergency response knowledge
• Proficiency with EHR and HIPAA/compliance
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teams

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records in the EHR system
• Support efficient clinic workflows and chart preparation
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams
• Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence
• Be flexible to work at multiple facilities within the designated market
• Take on additional duties to support patient care and operations
