IVX Health in New York, NY seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver infusion therapy in outpatient settings. You will oversee patient care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license and RN license.
• Board certification in AANP or ANCC.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion centers or outpatient clinics.
• Ability to care for adults and pediatrics; FNP preferred.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and emergency protocols.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR records and HIPAA/compliance standards.
• Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to optimize visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support operations, inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work at multiple facilities within the market as needed.
• Take on additional duties to support patient care.
