Job summary

Qualifications

• Active NP license in NY and RN license if required by state.
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient clinics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Perform patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, side effects, and disease management.
• Maintain accuracy in EHR and HIPAA compliance.
• Support clinic workflows and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
