IVX Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Park Slope/Williamsburg infusion centers in Brooklyn, NY. You will provide direct patient care, administer infusions, monitor responses, and educate patients on therapy in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient setting is a plus.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and medication management.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and HIPAA/regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and collaboration with patients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervise infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Assist with chart prep and treatment planning to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams.
